The place offers a large variety of fresh food. I loved dining here. Staff members are always very nice, rates are fair and the spot is always clean.

I bring my kids here every week. Great crust, great ingredients, even better after a few beers. My kids love the video games. They also have delicious salad for my sister who is always on a diet. Highly recommended.

Although the staff was young and energetic, they cannot seem to get orders right. Like utensils, the way they make there are anchovy pizzas. If you do take something to go please make sure to get your utensils and and on the side items, like salad dressing, etc.

I ordered hot pastrami sandwich, the flavor was good, but it was all bread. If you want meat go to Togo's it's right down the street.

I came in with my family of 6 on a Monday. This was my 1st time here. There was no wait. Josh was serving us I believe he was the Manager or Owner, he had a very friendly demeanor he was so welcoming! He let us know the specials which were a great deal! X-large 1 topping with breadsticks 4 kids drinks 1 adult drink and I got a water for $31.11The pizza was delicious! And the bread sticks are my favorite now!! They were so fresh and doughy and the right amount of cheese. The dining area was large and cozy very modernized with 5 T.V's. There's a soda machine accessible to get your own refills and there are many awards and thank you's on the wall. Everything was clean. There's a gaming area for the kids. A. Change machine is there to dispense quarters. There's a buffet section as well. Great job Pizza Factory and Josh! We had a amazing experience..thank you for telling me about the app and discounts! The owner was very rude. Plenty of other good pizza places around. If a customer is watching something don’t change the station without a word.

Very good food, the cheesy bread sticks were AMAZING with ranch. The staff was very nice and prices were pretty cheap, 2.50 for 2 slices of pizza. Would definitely recommend here if you are in the area.

It was my first time going to a Pizza Factory and I loved it. I got a medium pizza split between 2 types. One half was Hawaiian and the other was bbq chicken. Can't speak for the Hawaiian side as that's what my partner ate. But the bbq chicken was so delicious. Tender chicken and the bbq sauce was nice and sweet. The buffalo wings were perfectly cooked and slightly spicy.

Food was very good but won't go unless I have a coupon or gift card because it is very expensive compared to other pizza places.

So first off, I'm new to Atwater. So I've been to almost every restaurant now because I want to see what's good and what's not. I have to say this pizza factory has the best wings in Atwater and the pizza was perfect for California pizza. The service was incredible, no other restaurant can compete with customer service with these guys. Every employee smiled and was so incredibly nice and helpful. The guy in the red shirt went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I've been to pizza joints from California all the way to new York and guys believe me when I say this place is worth finishing your day off with, or bringing your family to for family night. I'm not a employee or a friend of a employee. I'm just a completely satisfied customer with a picky wife and two picky daughters who were all satisfied and happy when we left

Today a new employee misquoted a “special” and I completed my order. He then discovered that he had made a mistake. I was very upset because a $26 meal turned into a $43 meal. I was very upset and asked to speak to the manager. He came on the line and fixed the problem. Thing is he neglected to include the total price on the phone call. Businesses must be responsible for their own mistakes.

Great pizza as usual everything was outstanding except all the TV's had same channel

I was driving back home to socal and saw the advertisement on the billboard. Stopped in for a pizza and it was delicious. Will be jamming back down the 99 on Thursday and will swing by again.
